To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tropic Studio Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Data loss or corruption
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Third-party claims or damages
• Regulatory fines or penalties

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice:

• For material breach with 30 days notice to cure
• For convenience with 90 days written notice
• Immediately for regulatory compliance violations
• Upon mutual agreement in writing

Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services and return or destroy all confidential information.
